If payment is not completed yet, just correct the username and continue. If Stars were already delivered to a valid but wrong username, the transfer cannot be reversed. Contact support with your order ID.
After checkout, you receive a request/order ID in the status block. Share this ID with support to get current order status and delivery details.
First check the order status in checkout. If it stays pending for more than 5 minutes, contact support and provide your order ID, payment receipt, and approximate payment time.
